Warehouse & Co. Lot 3022 Flannel Shirts - Salmon One Wash

Warehouse & Co. flannel shirts are made using power looms that are only available in limited areas in Japan. The reason why they use those power looms to make flannel fabric is that they finish the fabric without losing the texture of the uneven yarn. Just like denim, the threads used to weave vintage flannel shirts were uneven threads in those days. If you weave that thread with a strong tension on an innovative loom, it will become a different fabric. Brushing gives the pattern a soft look.

Warehouse & Co have been producing authentic, high quality garments since 1995. Warehouse continue with their standard aesthetic and development of iconic, classic pieces that have served them so well over the last 25 years.

Here we have a classic in the Warehouse & Co Autumn/Winter lineup, the Lot. 3022 Flannel shirt. Cut in Japan from a slubby flannel that has been woven on antique shuttle looms to create a fabric as close as the original as possible, with a slight uneven yarn texture running throughout.

Inspired by flannel work shirts of the 1960's from brands like Braveman, the Lot. 3022 features selvedge side gussets, due to being woven on an antique shuttle loom. Coming in an intricate check colour-way, the Lot. 3022 is a standout offering from Warehouse. A button front has been paired with two chest pockets with button flap closure and a regular fit. A Union made ticket is present on the reverse of the placket.
