The "Extreme Slub Denim" series pursues the ultimate roughness and weight.
The warp threads are dyed with the traditional Japanese dyeing technique "persimmon tannin dyeing", and the
No. 6 slub thread and nep thread are exquisitely harmonized, and
are gradually beaten to the limit during the weaving process on a power loom,
creating a strong unevenness.
The weft threads are No. 5 super slub threads, and
the rough and rugged expression of the threads
creates a unique texture that sets it apart from regular denim. The
selvedge features a pattern based on the traditional Japanese persimmon leaf sashiko motif. The unique unevenness and slub feeling are not only heavy, but also give the finish a sense of Japanese denim's commitment. The silhouette is regular straight. Fabric thickness: 16 oz Silhouette: Regular straight
